. >> reporter: rahim morris, one of the best in the game comes to the skins after a three-year run as head coach for the buccaneers. to some it may seem like a demotion. not for morris. >> that's for guys with egos much coaching is coaching. >> reporter: in his short time in town, he's made a strong impression. >> i like people being themselves. rahim is a lot of fun. he as an excellent football coach, brings a lot of energy. coaches have fun. someday the offense will have a great day, the next day the defense, and there's a lot of trash talking right now, but it's fun to see, players buy into it, and it's a good camaraderie. >> he's been great. he brings a whole new energy to the practice, always talking trash to the offense, gets everyone riled up, and it makes us play harder. when you start getting under people's skins, more energy comes out. >> morris will be tasked this season with shutten down opposing offenses. that starts in practice. where the skins offense has already gotten a taste of the trash-talking new guy. >> he gets a my nerves a bit, but i've known rahim for a while.
