. >>> growing anger tonight as more protests and raillies take place in our area and around the country over the trayvon martin shooting. >> we want justice! we want justice! >> this was the scene in columbia heights. protestors demanding justice in the shooting death of the florida teenager. fox 5's karen gray houston is monitoring the situation from the satellite center and joins us now. >> in trayvon's hometown of sanford, florida, tonight the reverend jesse jackson called the tragedy a national sickness and urged residents to vote for city officials who would bring justice to trayvon martin. crowds turned out in sanford for yet another rally and at a town hall meeting there martin's mother made an impassioned plea for new information disputing police claims that the teen-ager viciously beat zimmerman before the shooting. martin's father said it's unfair for drummed up reports to be made after trayvon's death about marijuana residue being found in his book bag and jesse jackson called on officials to do the right thing. >> we seek healing today and just as the redeeming force for the

typically litigate against or are involved with other large corporate law firms, the other people did railly good work. and since we were typically in federal court, the judges were pretty good. so what i'm trying to say is, is it actually works in some levels. you know? it doesn't work when you get down to the criminal level, when you get down to people who are poor, frankly. you know? there's a strait fiction in the law that mirrors the whole society. anyway. i wanted to say that. i've worked on a bunch of television shows. i've thought about this question a lot. and i have no idea how this cycle works. but one of the shows that i really enjoyed was "l.a. law." the reason i liked "l.a. law" was that it was about the kind of business of law. you know? a lot of it was about the real, you know, business. you have to work hard in that context to get drama. it's harder to write a show like "l.a. law" because you have to find drama almost in the ordinary practice of law. to my way of thinking, you know, doing a crime show or even a criminal defense show, that's the easy stuff to do. you know? th

you see the kids here who are getting ready to throw rocks at the us railly soldiers, we've got tearnes reminiscent of the first intifada, not without a lot of risk to the palestinians. they also face rubber bullets fired by the israelis, that was another round that just came in. something like this hits you, it sounds like it's not much, it can do an awful lot of damage and certainly really hurts. is there more violence to come if you don't get your own state in. >> yes. >> reporter: what's going to happen? >> no violence, the israelis want to have violence. this is violent -- not violence, we are peaceful. >> reporter: certainly, those rocks coming in to the positions that the us israeli soldiers were in are not fun if you get hit by one of those. it's impossible to tell whether the violence we saw today is going to spark something like the irs intifada from back in the 1980s, but it is certainly ripe for that to happen. you have high unemployment and a terrible economy in the west bank. as you saw, a lot of angry youth there in the west bank and, also, you have an israeli governme
