the rain made it difficult to see the pot hole. some changed their own flat tires in the rain. couldn't do it had to wait for help as they worked to fix the pot hole. >> i thought, oh, my god, it was bad. it was bad. there was a lot of people mad, it is raining, cold and we are stuck out here. i am upset. i am very mad. i hope i don't have to pay for this. >> a tow truck driver was at the scene. it was a five hour long ordeal tractor-trailer this morning, blocking two lane. the truck driver ignored the high wind warning and was traveling above the speed limit. it took 5 hours to flip it right side up again because they had to wait for winds to die down. bart is back up and running after power outages stopped trains. the first incidence happened at 9:15 a.m. this morning and created a system wide shut down and then it happened again after 2:00 p.m. this afternoon. some people were stranded on board during the failure. an investigation is underway. >>> power outages all around the bay today. pg&e says high winds blowing off the ocean pushed a power pole, made it snap in two. 39th

seeing moderate rain ease up. we have a flashflood warning until 6:30 for san will you rice river near big tree and that's a big concern. that's up at 60:00 this evening. the russian officer, flood stage 32. expected to get close to 31 feet. they might come down but that would be tomorrow morning. and mine are fluke situations on the nap a river, right now at 15 feet, and the napa river, 19 feet. so minor fluctuations on bay area rivers. how long this will stay with us? we'll take a look at the forecast. >> a wind advisory was in effect for the bay bridge, the carquinez bridge. if you didn't think the storm had a kick, take a look. this is our camera on mt. tamalpais in mill valley, pounded by rain and serious wind gusts. this storm drenched parts of the north bay. the national weather service issued a floor nod -- flashflood warning. and stoney point road is closed. sergio quintana is live at the scene. reporter: leigh mentioned the problem of the flash-flood warnings, and the other problem is the runoff. that's

the rain has temporarily moved out. look at the rain up to the north. that has to work its way through the entire bay area. let's talk specifics. russian river, 35-foot crest. that likely will occur just before lunchtime on monday. that is moderate flooding. thankfully not widespread flooding. 18-foot crest with moderate flooding likely. that crest because it's a smaller river will occur quicker or earlier. that's going to be around lunchtime tomorrow. watch out tomorrow for moderate flooding in st. helena. as for what's going on, you can follow this moisture trail all the way back west of hawaii. this is just tropical moisture that gets consolidated a couple times of year. in this particular instance it's getting steered. right into northern california. it's called the pineapple express. are hawaii to here, round three. we'll get one on sunday. round three, the final round is just about here. after midnight we're all going to get very wet. several inches of rainfall for the north bay. anywhere from 1 to 2.5 inches of rainfall in and around the bay area
