raj radan got convicted and was spending time in prison. there was more surprise when we arrested raj gupta and had a different reputation. what do you think is the level of corruption or misconduct involving the head of mckenzie? there might have been a group that said not at all. they would have been wrong. >> you have faced criticism on overreaching on some of the insider cases and a sense of prosecuting some of them in the media. what's your comment? >> two comments, first, the vast majority of insider trading cases have resulted in convictions and those convicts being upheld on appeal including the most high profile ones, roger radham, raj gupta, matthew martoma. a small set of the case that is we argued, the appeals court in new york changed the law and got wrong. there is a case pending in front of the supreme court out of the 9th circuit, the california appellate court. i was there at the argument some weeks ago. there is cautious optimism that the supreme court, which is no huge fan necessarily of aggressive prosecution if you thin
