ralph, i think the senator's legacy is now assured. colonel peters will rejoin us later in the broadcast. thank you, ralph. >>> time for a look at online poll results. whether you prefer to have a president who can inspire all americans rather than tear down and divide our nation? 99% of you said yes, you would like to have an inspirational president. be sure to vote in our poll tonight, the question is are you outraged that a sitting president would say your conscience requires the trigger and the inconveniences of street demonstrations to be awakened? cast your vote at loudobbs.com. >>> the supreme court ruled that retail giant amazon doesn't have to pay warehouse workers for time waiting to pass through security checks at the end of their shifts. unanimous ruling is a victory for retailers who routinely screen employees to prevent theft. amazon employees argue they wait up to half hour to clear security before they go home. >>> up next, a series of hearings on capitol hill proving once again that washington, d.c. is ground zero for something less than excellence. that's next. here's a question for you: when electricity is generated with natural gas instead of today's most used source, how much are co2 emissions reduced? up to 30%? 45%? 60%? the answer is... up to 60% less. and that's a big reason why the u.s. is a world leader in reducing co2 emissions. take the energy quiz -- round 2. energy lives here. . lou: coming up here tonight, the latest on the escalating white house war against law enforcement in this country. now, a few comments on the day's events in our nation's capitol. a day which duplicity, deceit, disregard, disrespect and utter boundless were on display, the head of the centers for medicare and medicaid admitting to congress that, yes, the obama administration did mislead congress and the american people about the enrollment number for obamacare. >> in my previous appearance before your committee, i reported a number of americans that were enrolled in marketplace coverage, and that premiums included medical and dental coverage. simply put, this was a mistake. some individuals with both medical and dental coverage were counted twice in the individual affected enrollment numbers. moving forward only individuals with medical coverage will be included in our effective enrollment numbers. lou: the mistake was inadvertent, that's what makes a mistake, not outright deceit. committee seemed unpersuaded. then jonathan gruber's turn to apologize that the democratic party intentionally deceived americans on just about every principal element of obamacare admitting that obamacare would have never passed without committing public policy fraud, the ranking democrat managed to agree with the gop but seemingly only because the professor revealed the ugly truth about the obamacare fraud that led to its passage. >> as far as i can tell, we are here today to beat up on jonathan gruber. for stupid, absolutely stupid comments he made over the past few years. >> are you stupid? >> i don't think so, no. >> does m.i.t. employ stupid people? >> not to my knowledge. >> okay, so you're a smart man who said some, as the ranking member said, some really stupid things, and you said the same, correct? >> the comments i made were really inexcusable. lou: the democratic senate was not about to be outdone by the house. senator dianne feinstein decided that releasing a controversial cia interrogation report constructed by only democratic members of the committee outweighed endangering american lives and our national interests abroad. >> there are those who will seize upon the report and say see what the americans did? and they will try to use it to justify evil actions or insight more violence. we can't prevent that, but history will judge us by our committee to a just society governed by law, and the willingness to face an ugly truth and say never again. lou: and democrats will face judgment on their reckless partisanship and the hostility toward the intelligence community, an intelligence community that the president actually referred to as heroes, which was contradictory to much of what his administration in fact, he, has been saying. the president for his part chose today to demean and smear law enforcement officers across the country as racist and to insult an unnamed number of americans who he sees as racist and without conscience. >> a combination in some cases of folks just not know anything better and in a lot of cases subconscious fear of folks who look different, all of this contributes to a national problem. lou: the president with rather a superior view there, don't you think? president obama focusing as well on two incidents and politically exploiting both tragedies. declaring a national problem with racism in a nation 316 million people on the basis of those two incidents. decided on the evidence with which mr. obama and mr. holder disagree, therefore, dismissing not one but two grand juries and the views of the family of eric garner who say his death wasn't just but it had nothing do with race. a president should be inspirational, not shameless. the use of division and deceit to divert the nation's eyes from lack of capacity to lead, to persuade to create consensus instead of dissension, who now calls for more demonstrations throughout the streets of the country. this day has clarified for all who will look, why our true national problem is our government. too much of which is made up of those willing to lie to the american people to insult the american people, and to attack those who protect us and law enforcement agencies at home, and our diplomatic core intelligence agencies and our troops who defend us all around this dangerous world. god protect and bless them. up next, senate intel committee chair dianne feinstein acknowledges her own partisan political report could put american lives in danger. that's next. . lou: the "washington post" and the "new york times" headlines today directly contradicting each other on the 2016 republican feel for president and likely donors. the times headline reads, quote, gop donors seek early call on 2016 nominee. with the post headline reading, quote, big gop donors choose to wait. money push may keep 2016 field unsettled. there you have it. the clash of the liberal media titans. we'll be on the lookout from, well, i guess we can watch both for corrections, couldn't we? >>> the fbi warning state and local law enforcement that the release of the cia interrogation report by senator dianne feinstein and the senate democrats could spark violence and be exploited by terrorist groups for recruitment. joining us tonight former pentagon official fox news national security analyst k.t. mcfarland. thanks for being here. this report is completely political and without, i can't even imagine why should be motivated on political grounds to release a report that the republicans didn't participate in. >> here we have something about a situation that happened years ago. we're not doing this stuff anymore. why release it publicly of? you have the fbi director saying america watch out, we expect attacks and recruitment at home as a result of this report. the secretary of defense put u.s. forces on heightened alert status around the world. the secretary of state said all american embassies and consulates around the world be careful, we might have something coming. why are we doing this to, i guess blame bush one more time before the democrats go out of the senate? this will have a long-term effect, not just is there going to be something that happens now. but before intelligence agencies look at this and say we're not going to share intelligence with america. we don't know where we're going to see it, in a public newspaper, public report to congress? and also the cia intelligence officials, anybody in the intelligence community in the united states has to look at that and say, you know, these people acted in good faith after september 11th and now they're going after them. maybe we shouldn't stick our next out. maybe we ought to stay inside the box. maybe we ought to go in the defensive position because you never know when good actions bite you ten years later. lou: the reality is one of the reasons oversight in the house and the senate, sometimes does not work is because the intelligence community knows being the folks they are, knows with certainty who will be leaking what, and who is going to put their political interest ahead of the national interests. is that what dianne feinstein did here? >> sure looks like it. there's no problem with investigating. they wanted to investigate, they thought they were regulars, do it in private. don't do it in public. first rule of foreign policy is first do no harm. what are we doing by this? endangering americans at home and abroad. putting our intelligence community in danger, and we are frankly we're going to go back gutting a generation of intelligence communities and networks. we did this in the late 1970s lou when senator frank church wanted to run for president. he didn't get to run for president. as a result of what he did, for a generation, we had hampered our ability to collect human intelligence. lou: he gutted the clandestine forces in the views of many. is there a political coincidence here that this report was released by feinstein today, that there was a public release of a difference of view between the white house and a couple of its cabinet members and the cia director about its release just as jonathan gruber was betraying the left by showing the fact that it was a fraud. obamacare was a fraud on the american people. >> don't we think that's an amazing coincidence that gruber, the nation wants to look at, and what are we doing? ralph whiteg+q?ñ is able to giv us help. i know you should never meet people you meet on the internet, but ralph seems to be okay. we provided him information and said we had an id tag and belonged to a man and could he give us more information and he said yes. his number was reserve regimens, 121st. number seven company, personal number, 228. he was also able to give us his height and also able to give us his age. 36 years old, six children. he died on the third of june, 1915, fighting the french. that somehow i found reassurinr. my grand father was not serving at that point, but none the less it meant it felt a little better. however what then happened was alfred said would you like to meet the family? we said yes. they still live in the village, you know. within 24 hours, we had this picture. this picture shows there behind him, his brother. he was going to die, leaving behind six children, one of whom was born on christmas eve, 1914. he was still alone. he identified and his grandson went to see him and said dad, they found your dad on the battlefield. he was going to die from the 15th of july, 1916 fighting against the british, buried in the village and they started off taking in the village and it's behind the german lines and a rest area exactly the same as the village and ocean villas previously. the only difference was when we went to do the dig, we were that was in the converted bar in the village of miramar. we followed the root of these men to their deaths every time we went in. that was more work to be done. we had to work on our officer and here in fact we have the harmonica and the watch, stopped at about ten minutes past 6. they wound up morning or evening. one of the things i have been brought up to believe that bodies in the first and second world war, if you don't leave them, the enemy will. clearly we found this complete pocket contents. he had them with him and his money and he had a book and the book was very, very decayed. however it was sent back to ucl and they got to work on it. what did they discover? it was a bank book that came from a village and it's not in southern germany and the previous guy, 121st regimen was averted. this man potentially was from northern germany. that made little sense. we got in touch with ralphaid is there any officer in the german 121st reserve who has any contact at all who didn't mention the word? that's what he did. he said yes, as one. he's an officer who is killed on the 6th of june, 1915. 121st regimens in the 10 seventh company and before the war, he moved to start a new business. obviously he kept his bank account in northern germany. we checked the bank and there was not any money in the account. for the real reason we checked it was to say there was a better verification. we found strangely even if the young soldier survived andnq+ç was 26. he wouldn't have been able to use the bank and why? because he was jewish-owned. we touched one war and then recovered quite a lot of another one. what then happened was that his grandson put an advert in and said we found the soldier called albert. was there anybody out there in southern germany related to albert? and a woman called allison had a clue here. he came into the university and stood for the english language theater

ralph bunch saw the language it wasn't tough enough for him and he spiced it up even more. ralph bunch personally spiced up the language to condemn the other laureate nobel peace prize winner martin king. where wilkins the naacp and the other black nobel peace prizewinner turns on them. they went in publicly and dr. king. adam clayton powell jr. love their brother but where martin was concerned a straight hater. he was hating on dr. king. it was one of the most difficult passages to write. even though adam clayton powell has been hating on dr. king publicly. they're all kinds of examples where folks were hating on him and he loved them as hard as he could. he invites martin to dinner one night at his home and martin went anyway. that's like daniel walking into the lion's den on purpose. he knew where he was going but he invited him so he went anyway. when you read the passage in his book what adam clayton powell did to his space at his house you ain't going to believe it. clayton powell jr. turns on him and we are on national television on c-span so i'm not going to even quote what's in the text because i can't cant the thurgood marshall said about dr. king. yeah that thurgood marshall. the leading journalist of the day and other black media outlets turned on dr. king. so the white house is turned on him, the media has turned on him, white folk have turned on him, black folk had turned on him and if that's not enough inside his own organization sclc he can get a consensus to support him on his opposition to the vietnam war. when you read the story of the meeting they had one day his organization dr. king founded sclc. he is board of directors and past error organization to condemn him over his stance on the vietnam war. his organization writes the resolution to condemn him. he said who are they trying to come after me? he said i'm signing the checks around here. i would have lauded as dr. king very sure pink slip goodbye and don't let the door hit you where the good lord split you. what dr. king was so loving and so kind he went to adam's house for dinner. his organization is voting to condemn him and he still has the same folks on the board and having dinner with them to try to understand why they feel this way. it's called radical empathy. i'm not quite there yet. it's called radical empathy. everyone was against him. on top of all that he feels the death angel hovering in his face every day. he knows there's a bullet out there with his name on it in these telling everybody in a circle he knows his time is limited and he knows that time is going to come is coming soon. i want to hear it because they love barton so much. and he didn't want to hear that i'm ralph didn't want to hear that. it can want to hear that he was about to die, be murdered. so he couldn't talk to them. everybody else is turned against him. his martin turned to? it's a good thing before he was a civil rights leader before he was a ph.d. before all of that he was a preacher. he had that one connection. he didn't have that connection and there are stories in this tax that will make you cry. i have read the book 25 times and i watch every time -- i cry every time. they're certain parts of the book for you see martin at night crying himself to sleep. some nights he can't sleep in the southside. he's looking at the stars and singing. singing trying to pray and pulled himself through. one night they can't find martin. it's 3:00 in the morning. they are at a hotel and he's on the balcony standing in his pajamas in the middle of the night singing. rock of ages let me hide. they said martin is everything all right in martin just kept singing. they left and came back at 7:00 in the
