ramineh behbehanian was caught and arrested yesterday. katie marzullo joins us with the story. katie? >> the woman has been booked on attempted murder. police say the bottles of orange juice she left at the starbucks contained rubbing alcohol, enough to kill someone. >> customers at starbucks do not hesitate to get a cup coffee the morning after a woman placed poison orange juice in the case. >> maybe years ago, it would norprise me. today. >> the suspect, 50-year-old ramineh behbehanian, brought the tainted juice to the store in a star bucks bag. a customer saw what she did and alerted empls and the suspect overher the conversation and took off. employees called 9-1-1 but they could not have known how serious the situation was. >> according to the fire captain the quantity of rubbing alcohol inside the bottles was a lethal quantity. >> for that the woman has been booked on poining and attempted murder charges. police tracked her down quickly because an employee got her license place number. is there a continuing danger? >> that is a good news in the case that leaves many uneas

police arrested the 50-year-old ramineh behbehanian. police say one of the bottles contained juice mixed with rubbing alcohol. starbucks employees say the other was juice mixed with nail polish remover. katie marzullo will have a report in 30 minutes. >> the parents of the 8-year-old girl stabbed to death inside her own home could speak publicly today, abc7 news reporter kira klapper has what authorities are revealing. >> if a press conference last night the sheriff believes the killer went in the home with the intent to attack leila fowler and it was not a much woulded robbery -- was not a botched robbery. the parents planned to say a few words but were unable to speak. they may release a statement today. last night investigators revealed she died from shock and blood loss from multiple stab wounds during yesterday's all-out manhunt investigators interviewed and searched sex offenders in the area. authorities with the department justice and local authorities committed they will not rest until this case is closed. >> i can say it is a s

here's a woman, she's if year-old ramineh behbehanian. >> if a witness at starbucks on smell avenue noticedcious activity and called police. a news conference just wrapped up, here in police spokesman jason dwyer what police and fire discovered when they arrived the starbucks. >> she had a couple of bottles of armed jews in the back. she retrieved the bottles place them in a cool area next other refrigerated items. then she walked up as if by a couple we contacted the san jose fire department their hazardous materials team was on the scene. they analyze the contents of the bottle and explain to us that the bottles contained a mixture of oil issues and isopropyl alcohol which is roughly alcohol. according to the fire captain not seen the quantity of raw it all inside the bottles was a lethal quantity in both bottles. so, oddly our suspect in addition to being charged, in addition to being booked for poisoning she was booked for to beefor atd murder. >> no one drank the taken bottles that she had placed there. we believe everything is safe this morning. >> the time is 937 we will be back with
