ramos had a history here. a defamation lawsuit that he filed in 2013 because they wrote an argument about his conviction against harassing a woman that worked here at the paper. the social media aspect, he was very open about his threats against the paper. when i talked to the police chief altamare, he said i wish we had a social media officer. perhaps he could have been stopped or learned more. he believes going forward they will get that. but just a quick note. the law enforcement here to be commended for their unbelievable actions getting to the scene within 60 seconds to two minutes. just a week ago today law enforcement conducted an active shooter drill. that of course probably why they got here so quickly, preventing ramos from getting out the front door, the only exit left. the final story, the defiance of the "capital gazette" behind me saying despite the absolute horror, they were going to print today, perhaps a silver lining in a tragic story here in annapolis. >> ed: very inspiring. i'm glad you not
