she'll appear in jail court tomorrow morning at 8:30. 60-year-old richard hummel and 59- year-old randall sonnenburg died on november 15th. witnesses say gliem was going at least 20-miles per hour over the speed limit when she slammed into the car before killing the two men. one marshalltown man is in the hospital after being shot in the head. police were sent to the 2-hundred block of market street in laurel at 3-30 this morning. police found three other adults in the home. the victim was taken to a nearby hospital and then air lifted to a des moines trauma center. the cause of the shooting is still under investigation. the driver involved in a crash that killed a woman is now charged with vehicular homicide by operating intoxicated. police arrested 24 year old troy mure of des moines. and is now facing vehicular homicide by reckless driving while intoxicated. the passenger, 22 year old scalicity boyd of des moines died at the scene earlier this week. police say mure was speeding and lost control of his vehicle before hitting a utility pole in the 6-hundred block of 35th street on monday
