rural norfolk man who died after falling through the ice on an atv in northeast nebraska. 57-year-old randall simpson reportedly drove an atv onto a rural pond just south of norfolk when the ice broke. it happened shortly after four saturday afternoon. fire officials deployed their ice rescue team. simpson was pronounced dead at a hospital in omaha. the incident remains under investigation.
