this will cross over 70 on the western edge of the baltimore beltway there and headed up towards randallstown and holds together. reisterstown is there and getting bigger, eldersburg is to the north and west. this particular warning is in effect until 6:00 and it appears that this storm is holding together. the high wind, upwards of 50, 60 miles an hour and some large hail. another is coming up as it's crossing up out of loudoun county and into frederick and point of rock and this is not severe and this is growing and producing a lot of lightening and when you see the storms producing lightning, they're probably in intensifying in a hurry and this is that cluster of showers and thunderstorms, and a tornado warning. no active confirmation of anything there and west of martinsburg. for morgan county in west virginia, we have a flash flood warning and that is going until 8:15 p.m. and this is doppler estimated rainfall totals and this is not perfect but a good estimation of what we're getting. a five-inch bull's eye there and all of this, basically s to the west of i-81 and anywhere between 3 1/
