randi kaye has been breaking stories all week long. she joins us once again with a "360" exclusive live from los angeles. you're learning disturbing details into michael jackson's alleged drug history. what are you finding? >> erica, i have right here actually a confidential police document. this is from the santa barbara county sheriff's office. it is from 2004. it contains confidential interviews done with two of michael jackson's former security guards, interviews done in preparation for the child molestation case against jackson. he was acquitted in that case, you may recall, but there is plenty right here that really paints a very dark picture of jackson's apparent drug habit and the sophisticated operation that was in place to apparently help him get the drugs and the doctors he may have been getting those drugs from. we are not naming the security guards, but according to this document that we have, one of them told investigators jackson was taking, quote, ten-plus zanax pills a night. and he said that he expressed concerns abou

randy? >> randy, with the free state foundation. this sort of follows on that. you know, he's been accused by some of being more susceptible than others to the so-called green house, london green house and seeking approbation and that ties in with some of his extracurricular activities and i've read some very good reviews of your book by the way, and my impression is, you focus almost exclusively on his papers and opinions, and these things, and didn't have a chance to interview him, but what -- based on your research, do you have an opinion about the extent to which this so-called effect of seeking approbation from not only her, but others, and so forth, would -- how much that influences his jurisprudence as opposed to the convictions that you explore in your book at all? >> interestingly, when i started this project, if you'd asked me that question when i started this project, i would have had a very different answer, because my opinion of justice kennedy, i have been led to believe that he was indeed susceptible to these different influences. now i believe th

the latest from the investigation, randi kaye joins us now. the autopsy, toxicology results not made public yet. but there is plenty talking about possible criminal charges. what's going on? >> this has been going on for weeks, whether or not somebody would be charged in this case. possibly criminal charges. "the l.a. times" quoting a senior law enforcement official is reporting michael jackson's death will likely not result in murder charges against any of his former doctors. we have confirmed independently, investigators are working their way down a list of jackson's doctors trying to figure out who prescribed what, when and whether or not any of these drugs were prescribed under false names. they want to know if any of these drugs may have contributed to his death. i spoke to the d.a.'s office again today asking about murder charges or criminal charges and was told, quote, it is all speculation. i was told the case has not been presented to the district attorney to consider charges and there is no telling when that might happen. all of this

randy, let me start with you.nd new information to share about the searches carried out at conrad murray's offices. what can you tell us? >> campbell, as you know, the searches were carried out earlier this week. one at his home in las vegas. the other at his clinic in las vegas. and the search warrants were filed today. i can tell that you according to the search warrant, detectives were looking for evidence "demonstrating crimes of excessive prescribing and prescribing to an addict" plus, "evidence of manslaughter." the addict, they seem to be referring to in this case is michael jackson. something else that is key here, that it shows that according to the search warrant, they are looking for records related to the order, delivery and storage of propofol. the powerful sedative that authorities believe killed michael jackson. what they take? they took hard drive images. they took one hard drive. paperwork records from two cell phones and the doctor's iphone. they were looking for medical history, billing records,

but to someone addicted, it's amazingly disturbed. >> randi, you have information from these jacksonloyees, where they talked more generally about the condition he was in. describe what they told investigators. >> they were telling investigators how he looked, i guess, when he went into the doctor's office and how he looked when he came out of the doctor's office. this is how one of the former security guards described jackson. he said, before he went into the doctor's office, he looked, quote, sharp and in tune. and when he came out of the doctor's office, these are the words he used. he said he looked, quote, sedated and out of it. that's how he described him. also, one of the guards said that finally after a while and after years of working for jackson, he finally said he had just had enough and this was after he told investigators that jackson had, quote, fallen on his face in a hotel room and hurt himself. and that's when he told investigators that he told michael jackson, i can't continue to get prescriptions for you. campbell, we also talked to a friend of his and a former bus

i want to go to randi kaye from our sister network cnn. randi, you had an interview, just an eye opening interview with a fire captain talking about what paramedics went through as they tried to save michael jackson's life? >> reporter: i did. i spoke with the captain at the l.a. fire department, he told me when the paramedics on the scene michael jackson was not breathing and he had no pulse. the way he put it, and i'm quoting here, he said he was in dire need of help. we know the 911 call came in at 12:22 p.m. on that yoofr noon of june 25th. the call i'm told by this fire captain last 32 seconds. it then took the paramedics 3 minutes and 17 seconds to get to michael jackson's house. there were four paramedics in all. and that mr. jackson as he put it got what he called the hall lu yeah package. they worked on him for 42 minutes, mike, at the house. they usually do something called scoop and run where they pick up and transport right away. but they didn't do that in this case, i'm told, because dr. conrad murray, his personal physician,

randy, what happened? >> reporter: larry, as you know, there were two search warrants executed in las vegas, one is dr. conrad murray's home and the other in his clinic. those were filed today. so now the information on what they were looking for and what they found has been made public. i can tell you according to the warrants, detectives were looking for evidence demonstrating crimes of excessive prescribing and prescribing to an addict. also, manslaughter. evidence of manslaughter. now the addict that they seem to be referring to in this case is michael jackson. but here's the key detail of the search warrant. it says that they were looking for any information related to propopil or deprivand. i can tell you what the search warrant says, looking for records, shipping orders, distribution lists, anything relating to the purchase, transfer, receiving, ordering, delivery and storage of propofil. that is a really big deal. i can tell what you they took. they took hard drives. they took his iphone. they took
