randy gyllenhaal is live with the latest on the case and the fallout for the families of the victims. >> and the details alleged in this criminal complaint are so disturbing that yesterday a judge denied bail for both of these men calling them a danger to the community. khazzani kn cosmo dinardo and sean kratz say they are cousins, but authorities say that they went on a days long killing spree together. the first victim jimi patrick was shot and killed by dinardo during a marijuana deal. the other three victims police say were also shot and killed during similar drug deals, their bodies were buput into a metal container and set on fire. according to authorities, they were later burie foot hole. prosecutors say dinardo confessed to taking part in the kills and led police to that final body of the first victim ending leading to the charges. >> it was between a quarter and half a mile. it was described as being up on top of a mountain. we found him where we were told we were going to find him and i don't know if we would have ever. >> the district attorney says part of the plea agreemen
