randy referred to some of the dialogue earlier. can you give just a brief overview, what does a typical week in practice look like during the season? how much contact do you have roughly? >> yeah, we heard it from the gentleman, most of the contact at practice as far as -- so for us, we have a different tempo, like a fizz tempo which is kind of the walk-through tempo. we have a tag tempo which is moving at a good speed but no contact with the players. we have a bud tempo, mentioned earlier, which is contact with locking and different contact but no to the ground contact. and then there's a live tempo which you would, you know, perhaps execute in a game, game-like. typical week in season is you asked for us, it's pretty rare that we do live tempo, tackling to the ground, for us. we would do more a combination of the first three that i talked about. the live tempo, if we did during a game week, it would probably be anywhere from three to six plays over the course of a week that we would do live and sometimes zero. zero plays live onc
