randy. one of the things that dan devoted a great deal of energy on, especially in the last decade and a half of his life was the repeal of the espionage act. dan always believed that the espionage act was unconstitutionally broad and vague. and he wanted many whistle blowers including chelsea manning and jeffrey sterling to appeal their convictions. when that didn't happen just 2 years ago, dan leaked more classified information and ask the justice department to arrest him and to charge him with the espionage. but that didn't happen. tell us about that as well. you know, dan, of course, was very daring guy and he was dedicated to repeal of the espionage act which came in 1917, basically as a tool everybody knew and congress when they voted for that it has nothing to do with the ferreting out the german spies and everything to do with repressing any descent of the entry into world war one passed what it was all about and almost all but 9 people who were arrested and convicted under that espi

our randi kaye has been digging in on all of this. here is her reporting. >>> so many of us residents felt we had absolutely no warning. >> reporter: hawaii has one of the largest public safety outdoor siren warning systems in the world, sirens that were silent as wildfires raged. the question is, why? first, it was this -- >> it would not have saved those people. >> do you regret not sounding the sirens? >> i do not. the sirens, as i mentioned earlier, is used primarily for tsunamis. >> reporter: that's what the head of the emergency management agency said before resigning a day later. even before that press conference ended, his reason had changed. this time suggesting the sirens weren't used because people wouldn't have been able to hear the warning. >> it's an outdoor siren, so a lot of people were indoors, air conditioning on, they're not going to hear a siren. plus, the winds were very gusty and everything. i heard it was very loud. and so they wouldn't have heard the sirens. >> reporter: the same story with hawaii's governor. f

hey, randy, boogood to see you today. what you think the challenges are for lulu to come in and beat again. >> look, i actually think lululemon is going to beat the quarter. i think everyone thinks they're going to beat the quarter. the question is going to be, where do we go from here? what's next? what's the next couple years? i think what the market doesn't really think about is the category that lululemon plays in, which is basically apparel. apparel is very competitive. we were talking about maybe on this program, eight years ago, about under armour being the best in class darling of the athletic apparel space. our concern about lululemon is that the category of athletic apparel is, you know, much smaller than athletic sneakers, for example, and we actually prefer nike. nike is in a duopoly with adidas. we think lulu is going to run into a wall where the growth slows and expectations are getting too, too high. >> you're seeing it there on the screen right now. looking for signals that the belt bag catalyst is waning.
