[laughter] and i think it needs to remain that way, because i really do believe that we don't need the federal government telling us what to teach in our schools. that's an issue that should be left to the states and to your local school board. i think i see at least one local school board member that's here in the room today. >> i spoke to the local school board a year ago june and they were all in favor of incorporating a bible course in the school system, but this was the superintendent and all the board representatives. but they didn't find time to implement it. in other words, there was no room because the schedules were too compressed. but that doesn't answer the question. evolution is still being taught as a fact and premarital sex and abortion. anyway, you know -- i spoke to david bogart over the phone. he's the one who struck down the statute a few years ago and i'd rather not repeat what he told me. not that he wasn't a gentleman, but the subject matter is a little too vulga
