he officer raphael ramos were ambushed two weeks ago shot sitting inside their cruiser.nvestigators say the shooter acted in retaliation for the police killings of michael brown and eric garner. since the officers were murdered there has been heated tension between many police officers and new york city mayor. at today's services a big reminder that that tension has not yet been resolved. we'll have a full report coming up on that a little later in this newscast. >> elsewhere philadelphia police arrived to the scene of a car crash to discover the victim in the car had actually been shot. this all happen just after 3:00 this morning on the 3700 block of dell high street in north philadelphia. investigators say the driver of a mini van struck three parked cars before comeing to a stop and then when officers checked on that 39-year-old man they noticed he had been shot in the chest. the driver side right there at the scene. so far no word on who shot him. >>> no tonight we're waiting for the results of an autopsy on shane montgomery. he's the 21-year-old man who had been mi
