for rare earth farms' chef justin livesey .... nats truck back up beeper ...this is a rare experience... nats more truck back up beeper in fact it's the first time a food truck has ever set up shop in one of raleigh's experimental new food truck zones. we jumped on it as quick as we could. i'm very surprised there are not other trucks out here already. the city has designated 4 spots.... 100 east polk street...300 south harrington street... 300 south bloodworth street, and south state street near the dmv headquarters. this pilot program started aug 1st. but it's slow to get off the ground. customers aren't exactly lining up yet. the first week every food truck spot remained empty, as trucks worked their way through justin livesey / food truck chef i think it's going to be slow to build, but eventually it's going to be a strong part of the food truck community, because it's going to be such a regular event. bryan regan / business owner i'm excited, the signs have been up for two months and this is the first truck that's been here. b
