ali rasmus ktvu. box two news. alright ali. thank you. time is now 604.a happy ending for a 68 year old woman from petaluma with dementia who was listed as missing by petaluma police. well, virginia fuquay was found in san francisco almost 40 miles away away, disappeared tuesday night , but she was found last night wandering the aisles of a target store for more than two hours on mission street in san francisco, a security guard recognized her and called the police. she was taken to a hospital for medical evaluation before going home. a judge has delayed the expected announcement for her decision if scott peterson would get a new trial. that ruling was expected to be released no later than today, but it appears the decision has been delayed due to concerns that some of the new evidence could violate california's privacy laws in peterson's bid for a retrial. peterson's lawyers claimed there was a biased juror during the first trial. the california supreme court overturned his death sentence in october, 2020 for killing his pregnant wife, lacey and their un
