immigration is the subject of our conversation with representative raul grijalva who joins us on "newsmakersfollowing the "washington journal." of republican colleague texas says the white house is recycling some of the same explanations offered by president bush after hurricane katrina. over questions on why the president has not yet visited the texas border. he posed that question to congressman grijalva. here is what he had to say.
