this is in court this morning in ravenna. they're charged in juvenile court so far. they'll be in adult court today for a rule 30 hearing. that means that this is a very serious crime and the prosecutors want them charged as adults, not as juveniles. we haven't named the two because of their ages so far. that could change if the judge grants the prosecutor's motion. they're from stowe and massillon and they killed westlake student nick massa in a robbery attempt. it happened at massa's apartment off-campus on february 7th. massa was a freshman and managerial marketing manager. the crime shook up the campus, westlake where massa lived and the stowe monroe schools where a suspect was a student. because of their ages, the suspects are simply charged with deliquency by reason of homicide. if the judge sides with prosecutor and it moves to adult court, they'll likely be charged with murder and named, the difference is very significant. if they're convicted in juvenile court they can only be held until their 21. in adult court the consequences are far more serious. i'll up
