s office spent a lot of time on cases involving ray mcdonald. e fourth time he's been arrested since last august. he walked out of the santa clara county jail at about 11:00 last night after he posted bail. detectives said they learned mcdonald violate ad restraining order for being at home in santa clara related to his arrest on monday involving his former fiancee and their instant. santa clara police arrested him across from levi stadium. mcdonald's attorney told espn mcdonald was never served with a strange order but told to stay away from his former fiancee. he went to the home to meet with a defense investigator and was told she would not be home. he signed with the chicago bears night offseason but released him hours after monday's arrest. one of the bears players tweeted out good riddance. reporting live in san jose, matt keller, abc 7 news. >> this morning we can learn the identity of the east bay man killed in a mobile home fire in livermore yesterday. it broke out in a mobile home park on south front road. there's cell phone video. fire
