everybody was expecting a verdict on the 21 counts against ray nagan, but that is on hold now, so we'll wait until tomorrow at 9:00. no word on what happened to the juror. we'll have to see tomorrow morning if that person returns. there are four alternates in this case, but yet the judge told the alternates that they could go home if they wanted to. so we're not sure if they are here or will be available tomorrow. >> ben, one of the reasons they were expecting a quick verdict in this case is because there were so many guilty pleas leading up to this case involving some of ray nagan's top aids. if he is found guilty does he face jail time? >> oh, he absolutely faces jail time. this has been the big mystery among the political experts that we have talked to, the fact that he didn't take a deal with prosecutors. many experts say he could have been facing three to four years if he had taken a deal, right now he is looking at 20 years plus in prison if he is found guilty on every one of those charges. the jury will look at each charge individually and has to come to a unanimous decision. >>
