[ laughter ] . his dream has always been to start his own business. his rent has been going higher and higher to a point where it's almost unaffordable. he lives in the mission, but i would say always spends 80 or 90 percent of his money in the mission. i know he buys tickets and i'm in the mission. so to deny this great city san franciscans the boundary right to own his bu
