i had a conversation with the head of the rba dimension there were concerns about whether we were impacting the rain water retention mandate, and i want to make clear impacts all programs differently about the subject of water recycling. i think it points to the fact that continued education is a good thing. colleagues, i would ask that we move this item out of committee with recommendation, but move it to the first meeting in september, just in case there are any questions or concerns so we can continue to get feedback. i would like to include a very technical amendment to one of the purposes and findings to state what we were doing is helping to establish a regulatory structure that will provide a streamlined project approval process for developers who want to design and operate and maintain water source systems. colleagues, with a technical amendment, if we could pass that out until the first week of september. i would appreciate that. supervisor mar: colleagues, can i -- can we move up for were without objection? i would like to be added as a co-sponsored. what great legislation. thank

i know the rba folks and tip folks will come to the summit and put their information not there for people to look at. i would like to start to talk some more here and in the office about responsible server training. i think that is the next level of how much a then you can do to make sure they experience -- their experience is safe and responsible. i also have a really long meeting with sfcity, which is the san francisco citizens' initiative for technology and innovation. it is the outgrowth of the mayor's campaign focused on how to -- on how to leverage what they have in order to help the city. recently, they came forward with an app for iphones in the police department to start doing things out in the field without having to go back into their stations all the time to write reports. i thought,why can't we come up with something that will help us do what we do? i only have one so far, and enforcement person. we have a whole bunch of different, you know, ideas, some of which were about what can tech do, literally come as in an application, or in a bigger picture, what does the sector need

sean, rba. i want to start off by stating clearly i support all items on the term sheet. i would like to thank my colleagues for their time, effort, and energy over the last seven months. it was not easy. i can remember walking out of the first meeting and a half- jokingly said to john o'connor, i said, if anybody can get all the people in this room to agree upon what month of the year is, they would be doing a pretty good job, never mind all these details, especially housing in san francisco. it is not the first time a working group was put together. there have been many, many working groups. but in times where there's not a coalition or there is not a strong bond or it was done too quickly or recklessly and the details were not thought of, you cannot have consensus. what happens? the people who were not happy raised a couple bucks and they kill it. history is filled with examples like that. this group of the effort in. the terms on the term sheet. we listened to carefully. there were done out of respect for each other, and there was an awful lot of give and take what th
