organizers of should march and the group rdc which is a bunch of unemployed people say they're going to do their best to avoid causing major traffic jams but they do have a march planned in the middle of rush hour. let me show you the scene here right now. you can see the folks kind of coming together, getting organized. they're having a big noon rally. those are folks from the teacher's union. they're also expecting hundreds of folks from the communication worker's union. you can see all of the occupy d.c. tents out here and the stage getting set up for the big teach-in. along about 2:00, 2:30, they're going to head out of mcpherson square over here right near the white house, head right down k street where, of course, all of the lobbyists are. cut over at some point to m street, march right through georgetown, head up to the key bridge. then they're going to have the big rally on the key bridge. they expect it will go right through rush hour. they have no intention of blockading the bridge, no intention of anybody getting arrested. >> it has been all over the news. people know abou
