in terms of overall accumulation of locally we had a trace at reagan national airport. madison, virginia had 2.5 inches and even leonardtown picked up over 1 inch. 43 degrees at reagan national airport. higher cumulations further south and west of town. 41 degrees in martinsburg and 39 in gaithersburg. the storm system moved quickly. even though it had the potential to dump a decent amount of snow, it was fast- moving so it was limited. it is quickly moving offshore in the atlantic with high pressure moving overhead. we're watching this low pressure system to our west which will attract just to the northwest of washington tomorrow. it will be close enough to introduce the chance of an isolated sprinkle in the potomac highlands by tomorrow afternoon and evening. locally, i don't think we will see any drops but western maryland and western virginia and western pennsylvania could see a sprinkle. in the low 30's tonight and noticed a warming trend -- and we're back into the 60's by thursday and friday but it looks like those temperatures will get squashed by a cold front fo
