we should see 50 at reagan national airport. much warmer across the bay as temperatures push toward the middle range 50s. so the weather pattern for tomorrow morning, the key hours you'll want to pay attention to will be early on. i would say between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. when we're hovering near that freezing mark. then much improved by noontime. spot showers on and off throughout the day as we move out of the 40s and into the lower 50s for most of us. seven-day forecast is going to look fairly good. first three days are quite mild. monday, tuesday in the 50s. still looking good on wednesday with 49 degrees. by the time we get into that part of that seven-day forecast, although we are going to be drying things out a little bit towards the early portion of the week, the next system is going to work its way back in here and bring us more rain opportunities as we move from wednesday into thursday. now, that is another front that's coming on through. it's going to cool us off during the overnight hours. but at least we're staying at o

you can check out my blog for the snow totals. 34 degrees was the high at reagan national.f year. the record was 72nd 1959. it is -- the record was 70 degrees set back in 1959. it is 32 in virginia after a high of only 33. it is 27 in rockville. the final stop texas over to the district. it is 31 degrees. -- the final stop takes us over to the district where it is 31 degrees. it was 32 in winchester and culpeper. we will look for the potential for rephrasing overnight. -- re- freezing overnight. the precipitation has moved to the north and east. central park picked up about 5 inches of snow. parts of connecticut got more than 12 inches of snow. we were lucky on this one. there was a winter storm warning to the west earlier in the day. all of the warnings and advisories have been canceled. it will be quiet and dry overnight with some breaks in the clouds. that will allow temperatures to fall into the 20's. this is the snow cover across the united states. d.c. got some snow. it will not last long. we have a warm-up for the upcoming week. temperatures will jump back into the 5

right now reagan national there is capitol hill basking in the sunshine. it is up to 41 degrees after a cold start. much of the region was below freezing this morning. but now warming up we have a southerly breeze coming in off of the potomac at reagan national. the temperatures elsewhere are now hitting the 40s. throughout much of maryland and virginia as well as the shenandoah valley and in the highlands of west virginia and western maryland. now climbing into the 40s there. now near 40 in montgomery, prince george's, arlington drishgts of columbia. milder near the bay waters. over the last 12 hours, this area of gray, that was the fog we had this morning. now it is beginning to break up a lot. there is one patch of fog that may be lingering here as far southern and southwestern fauquier county into culpeper county. that should dissipated, too, as the -- afternoon progresses. and as we go forward over the next 48 hours, we will be -- seeing lots of sunshine, clear and clear this evening. then tomorrow morning we will have the clouds closing in. leading e
