this morning, an east bay realtor is behind bars after a web cam, set up by a 12-year-old, allegedly caught him stealing jewelry at an open house. christie smith is live in lafayette. police this is not the first time this realtor has been busted. >> reporter: that's what we're hearing. it all started with shall as , said, a 12-year-old girl who had her web cam on during an open house. apparently she saw someone going through her things. police made an arrest here in lafayette and now are wondering if there may be more victims out there. they arrested douglas john caligeno, 46 years old. they say he went through people's things, taking jewelry. in 2010, he was a real estate agent who used his acticess to lock boxes in san ramon and sold items from those homes online. he was then convicted of burglary. lafayette police put his picture up again and san ramon police recognized the man. a search of his home turned up items they think were stolen and a gps system. >> he had programmed in multiple locations around the lafayette/lorinda and alamo areas, where they were having open houses. a
