[ overlapping speakers ] >> 2014 was kind of a blah year. >> 2015 is set to be a better year for various different reasons. some of the factors are an improving u.s. economy. you have a lack of skilled workers. and also the worldwide oil glut that we're in. but the five main factors that are utilized in order to determine what progress we've made have all progressed year after year, although they're certainly not back to normal standards. for instance, home sales not including the distress sales are 80% back to normal. price levels are 75% back to normal. and the delinquency and foreclosure rate is 74% back to normal. the two other factors which is one that you just mentioned is the employment rate amongst adults 25 to 34. and that is only 37% back to normal. so
