rebecca morrissey is due in court today for her arraignment. abc 7 news spoke with her two weeks ago when she helped rescue goats from the cache fire. now she is in trouble after this photo surfaced. it shows her using a firehose to fight that same wildfire. police say she admitted to taking the hose during another fire in june. >> if you happened to pick it up and dropped it off at the fire station in good faith, i would buy you a soda or candy bar. if you stole it from my district, i'm going to prosecute you. jobina: the fire district is missing between 500 and 1000 feet of firehose. firehose costs about $1000 per 300 feet. reggie: the caldor fire continues to burn. take a look at this video of a bear roaming around a very smoky neighborhood in south lake tahoe. do you see what just happened? the bear opened the garage door with its paw. it wandered on the street, undisturbed. i like this bear. i'm going to be thinking about it. i'm hoping for the best for it. jobina: definitely resourceful. mike: they are getting much better at opening thing
