rebecca greenfield, thank you. joining us to dig further into the legal implications, peter davis.our reaction, first of all. >> this is a long pages. there was a split in the courts. there was a 6-3 majority, conservative majority that ruled on the mississippi ban, a 15-week ban. so you can no longer get an abortion after 15 weeks in mississippi. there was a strong majority behind that. we saw how some of the justices were leaning, so that is not a huge surprise. what was more surprising was it was 5-4, which is very narrow, to overturn roe v. wade itself and declare there is no constitutional right in the united states to an abortion. now it moves to the states. we have 13 states in the u.s. that have trigger laws.they are outright bans on abortions. and another 13 states, that are likely to follow the same path. it becomes a little bit of where do you live in the united states as to what access you will have to this moving forward. david: it is david westin. i am curious with chief justice roberts concurring in the judgment, which sort of makes it a 5-4 on the broader question o
