now, from fremont to san francisco to redwood city there is over 2 inches of rain. we saw mostly 2 to 3 inches of rain elsewhere across the bay area with clearlake measuring 2.6. sonoma 2.24 and san anselmo measuring over 3 inches of rain. we need more to catch up. there will still be showers in parts of the north bay into the weekend but the rest of the bay area will have a chance to dry out before more rain comes in on monday. so we are not done with the wet weather just yet. in fact, with the next storm system coming in some models are showing we could see anywhere from about 0.75 inch of rain in san jose to over an inch for some other spots especially in parts of the north bay where there may be some higher rainfall totals. we'll be watching out for that. of course, the sierra snow pack has been a huge story and it's nice that they're also getting a boost right now. still at 62% of normal but that is up from 40% just a couple weeks ago. >>> as we head over to you, mike, it's been all about the commute as well. >> yes, things are calming down now, knock on wood o
