redwood city. i'm james torres, ktvu, fox two news. >> james. thank you. let's get back to the rain here and all the trouble it can bring on the roads.torm cleanup is taking a pause as another round of rain is hitting the north bay. we've already seen landslides and other problems in that region this week. let's bring in matt brown, the sonoma county public information officer, to get a good read on what's happening in sonoma county right now. what's your main concern, matt? >> well, we do have a little bit of rain today. fortunately, it's not going to be a big storm like we've had in the past couple of days, maybe about an inch. so we're hoping that the river levels will be able to drop and people can start returning. we do still have evacuation orders for about 4300 residents along the russian river, which is starting to go down after it crested around 36.5ft overnight. but it still hasn't come down quite to the level that we want to lift those orders yet. so there's still high water out there. there's still about 30 road closures throughout sonoma county, and we definitely don't want people to drive through high water. we want the
