reporting live from charlottesville, richard reeve, abc7 news. alison: thank you. meanwhile developing today a therapist at a d.c. massage envy pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting three female clients. now the 24-year-old faces up to five years in prison. but could be out sooner than that. we have an update on this story at 4:30 today. well, six inauguration day riot suspects are now facing trial. today the legal teams presented the closing argument. the month-long trial starting to wrap up this evening and stephen tschida has an update now. stephen tschida, at the last minute yesterday the most severe charges were dropped. stephen: that is ri the judge threw out the inciting a riot charge. that was the most serious felony here. keep in mind, the six defendants face a slew of charges and potentially years in prison. the prosecution relied heavily on surveillance and the police body cam video. saying it clearly shows the defendants engaging in a riot. they stood by and supported those who aimed to deface and destroy property if they didn't indeed do it themselves.
