[ laughter ] >> the biggest challenge i faced being in a rural area is the poverty rate. a lot of students were saying they were hungry and they didn't have food on the table and their parents didn't have the money to get it. i would urge them to go take food from the pantry in the school or ask the cooks for food because usually they'll send them with a take-home bag if there is an obvious reluctance to get food and things like that, but i, myself, couldn't bring them food. so the hardest challenge i'd take was trying to get them to do that and finding a resource for their parents to use and ultimately i sent them to the catholic charities, and they were good. that's still the biggest challenge i continue to face as i work in the middle school. >> thank you. anybody else want to -- >> andrew? >> one word. fu
