reggie >> thanks, jobina. of migrants from central america, venezuela, cuba and haiti are walking north toward the us. 5000 people started marching yesterday. they're complaining about the process for getting visas. they say it takes too long in mexico's main migrant processing center. people trying to get their visa often have to wait weeks or months without being able to work. this march is among the largest since june of 2022. the biden ministration can't continue taking down the razor wire at the southern border in texas. a federal judge granted the state's motion to temporarily stop the removal of that wire until preliminary injunction hearing is held. that hearing is scheduled for next tuesday. the temporary restraining order expires november 13th. the court could extend it. >> president biden has signed an executive order to roll out required permits for developers of artificial intelligence since his administration says the order includes the most sweeping actions to protect americans from the potentia

reggie >> thank you, drew. new this morning, a tentative agreement has been reached between kaiser permanente and union members. this comes nearly a week after 75,000 health care workers went on a three day strike over pay and staffing shortages. the coalition of kaiser permanente unions posted the announcement on social media. they are calling the agreement a victory for health care workers. >> developing news on the war in israel. starting today, the biden administration is arranging charter flights for us citizens who are looking to leave israel. a white house spokesperson, john kirby, says the flights are for americans and their immediate family members. details are still being finalized, including if the flights will be free. israel military is urging more than a million people living in the northern gaza strip to leave before midnight there, which is just about eight hours from now. this evacuation alert comes one week after hamas stormed israeli neighborhoods. at least 27 americans have been killed. and

reggie that's right. and if you go to a neighborhood rite aid today, it should be business as usual. while the company says it is, however, planning to close some of their under performing stores as part of this bankruptcy process, but they have not announced which stores will close just yet. now, rite aid has more than 2100 pharmacies in 17 states. with the bankruptcy filing last night, the company says it was able to secure $3.45 billion in new financing from lenders. that money should help it pay employee salaries and carry out its restructuring plan. this all comes after rite aid warned investors in its most recent financial report that it expects to lose. between 650 and $680 million in this fiscal year, which ends in february. rite aid has faced slowing sales increase competition and recently settled lawsuits for its role in the opioid crisis. agreeing to pay $30 million as part of the bankruptcy process, the company says it would accelerate the pace of store closures and sell off some of its busine
