reggie kumar is live in san francisco with the latest.olice arrested the five adults and two juveniles for the murder of 50 year-old a german tourist. these are pictures of her. police say four have been charged with murder and three including the juveniles were killed with excess return murder. all suspects are gang members but they would not say what gang their affiliated with. these to the same individuals who were arrested a few months ago. investigators did have enough evidence to charge them at the time. the lieutenant said this city has a zero tolerance for gang violence. >> are police department today took seven people, seven violent criminals off the street of san francisco. i am certain that it will have an impact. do we still have issues and the city? of course. this goes a long way to saying what we do with regards to gang violence. i'm not going to comment what led to this or what precipitated this, it's part of an ongoing investigation and we certainly don't want to do anything that would jeopardize that. >>reggie: police sa
