kron 4's reggie kumar shows us the dramatic outcome. five minutes after police shot two tear gas canisters into the window of this e-z eight motel room in newark. the second bank robbery suspect opened the door. with his hands up in the air, but then put them down. police quickly yelled at him to put his hands back up in the air. they demanded that the suspect turn around and walk backwards toward them. after taking several steps the suspect was told to put his hands behind his head, get down on his knees and continue backwards. investigators say this suspect did not have a weapon on him, and a gun was not found in the room. although.they say the first bank robbery suspect who surrendered monday afternoon did have a knife on him. they say some of the money stolen from the bank was recovered from the first suspect. in newark reggie kumar kron 4 news. >> a controversial new gun shop in los gatos has some people up in arms. many residents say, the store doesn't belong there. the store's owner says. he has even received a death threat. kron
