the switch from roberts to rehnquist basically in something that same. the material change i agree with mike and with jan, i'm samuel alito for justice o'connor. in some sense that's a little unfair, like a double switch in baseball. they came in at the same time. roberts was going to be for o'connor-bumped up and read this episode that dominate octobe october 2005. where bush was flirting with the difference dominate but on halloween night it was that alito was funny put forward at a nominee. that's a major change because i think it does substitute a solid digital conservative for a liquid judicial conservative, sometimes a gaseous one because o'connor was just not a principled salted conservative. so that change is -- solid. you move from one of the swing justice into one that is more fairly reliable kendrick you now have a 4-1-4 and that makes a difference where entity would have voted with the conservatives anyway. there are some issues in which o'connor laid -- leaned conservative. when you substitute allegis vote for o'connor's vote can be was goin
