no winter weather advisory for rehobeth beach. it is foggy and damp. how wet the boardwalk s see the fog shrouding the lights as the system finally starts to wind down just a bit but still have several hours to go with it. this is a very large storm. you can see this area of rain, very heavy, lifting through portions of northern virginia, that's still yet to come through. then snow is breaking out on the back side of this storm. so right now there is a little bit after break in the action. steady rain moved through around 9:00 or so. now, little bit after break. then another round of it, comes through about 2:00 a.m. temperatures now see the cold air just poised to move in. still warm. sixty-two in the city. sixty-two in trenton. 59 degrees down in mill individual. we zoom out, look at all of this cold air waiting in the wings. it is in the 20's in atlanta. birmingham, nashville, 20 in columbus, and look at this cold, below zero right now in minneapolis, and in bismarck. so what to expect, we go through about midnight, still dry, little break in the ac
