gh glor: all right, chip reid on the scene in annapolis. we're going to move now to our washington newsroom. enff pegues has been working his s urces to find out more about the suspect. jeff, what do you know? >> reporter: well, jeff, our cbs law enforcement sources identify the suspect as gerald ramos of laurel, maryland. he's 38 years old, an according to court documents appeared to have a grievance in the past against the "capital gazette" newspaper. the suspect is in custody, but as investigators have pressed him for information, he has not been cooperating. we also learned that he tried to hide his identity from investigators, because he did not have an i.d. on him when he was taken into custody. and sources say that he had damaged his fingertips so that law enforcement couldn't use fingerprints to identify him. but investigators have been able to identify him by using other law enforcement tools. they also are looking into whether he has a criminal record. tonight police say that there were threats made against the newspaper on social
