i mean, renato, where is this georgia probe going? do you think vonnie willis is going to be able the get to the finish line? >> i think she's going to wait until after the election, katie. i think that's a very careful approach. but i'd be surprised if she didn't have indictments arising out of the grand jury investigation. she is really charging very hard. she looks like she's pretty close to the finish line. my anticipation is early next year we're going to have -- or very late this year we're going to have indictments coming out of that case. >> renato, if you're donald trump then, and you see pat cipollone and philbin in front of the grand jury in d.c., you see your former counsel john eastman taking the fifth in fulton county, do you think that those investigations are getting closering, tightening the loose around donald trump? he has to be the target in those investigations. >> i would say for eastman and clark in particular, those are two attorneys that had very direct conversations with trump. they were giving trump advice.

renato, what are the stakes here for her decision depending on which way she goes? >> well i will say the question is a good way of putting or a kind of way of putting it. i think that if she reverses that it will allow the justice department to go forward and not impede the threats to our national security. the doj's paternal tough position because if she doesn't do that, they have really zeroed in on the parts of her opinion that are the least defensible, the easiest to overturn an appeal. i think they have set themselves up while for an appeal. i think she's definitely going to be hard pressed not to reverse herself or to walk this back. particularly because trump's team is filing all but refused to make any assertion regarding his supposed and reduction of these documents. they dance around up at the doj made a filing today made a crystal clear on what wasn't said there. i think what wasn't said in trump's filing speaks volumes. >> let's talk about the january six committee hearing. russia there is been tension between the committee and -- it's being implied in
