there was hardly any breeze at all. 90s, 100s through the interior k 84 up in truckee. 90 in reno. 100 las vegas. all of that cloud cover in southern california holding temps there in the 90s. it's very humid. fog on most of the coast pulling off on part of it. the higher clouds are there but not enough to cut off the temps. the clouds might make it better. by tomorrow, though, it looks like the combination of high clouds mid-level clouds maybe some rain in the mix and also a fog bank which will be starting to generate a little bit more oomph will start to give us a cooling trend. it will carry us into the weekend. a lot of difference on the temps. 60s, 70s, 80s by the water and then 90s and 100s and you add the humidity in there as well because the higher clouds coming up from arizona, also from baja. that threes the humidity into the mix. i still think some areas are gonna top out around about the same but maybe cooler than yesterday. not much consolation. more clouds to the south. not as hot there but still rather toasty. 60s on the coast. 70s, 80s to near 90s. tomorrow we'll cloud
