the other two suspects are a couple from rhode island. they're all suspects in two related cases.. that were reported just days a part. howard county police are working two seperate human trafficking cases.. both victims, 24-year-old women. in the first case, police have arrested and charged craig anderson, 32-year-old man who faces numerous charges, including human trafficking, prostitution an assault. according to charging documents, his suspected victim told police that anderson forced her to perform x for money with various men in various states for the past two years. but last week, october 3.. investigators say the woman, who'd been beaten, made her way to a fire stion in sykesville. .where she called police for help.
