this is what oxford house works as well i was in rhode island to address the zero pureed crisis -- opioid crisis she has been getting help but she told the restaurant where she has been through in there helping her and supporting her with her recovery. the owner of the restaurant trustor and values third gives her the keys to close up at night tells her to count the money that is great for me to hear from her how much it meant to hurt to have an employer that supports her to have so many friends and of course, the means to support her family and pay her bills to remain independent of much that means to her. this is something we need to do a better job for people to have a good employment. 25 million people are in recovery. sometimes they have a complexity in their path but we want people to get the treatment that they need and pay their debt to society if they have criminal-justice engagement but then we want them to come back and restart their lives and get a job. [applause] >> we have been trying to talk to more employers and encourage them we need some big companies to come forward say
