[ applause ] and as rhonda and others will continue saying, and i will say this also, you know, it is a whole village of people that participate in building this movement of expectation that when you do get educated, when you get the skill sets, there has to be a job as a reward for that. there were so many years in the past and i have lived those just a few years ago. and when we did have some graduates rh
