the dnc live from inside the welsz fargo center as the national spotlight shines on the city and explore the rich history of conventions including the very first republican convention held here in philadelphia. we'll also check out philly's food scene and that's tonight at 7:00. >> well new this morning one man is dead and three suspects are in custody after a shooting at penn's landing. >> police tell us officers on patrol saw the shooting. eyewitness news reporter justin finch is live in the cbs news center with the latest on the investigation. good morning, justin what have you learned. >> brook, philadelphia police are working to uncover why a man was gunned down near a busy penn's landing area late last night. that man is dead. three suspects are caught and police are actively serving for more clues. 11:45 last night police say officers heard gunshot columbus avenue and calohill boulevard and officials tell us police all saw a 24-year-old man being shot and several running from the area including three male suspects. officers caught them and got the victim to hahnemann hospital he died there
