richard bernstein right here on set. also joining the conversation is an andi goldberg, executive direct we are jpmorgan, good to see you both what is your take on what laszlo ber reinny said, 17,000 on the dow jones industrial average, just under 13,000. >> i'm not sure about the numbers, per se, i will tell you when laszlo showed a chart on cnbc very interesting, said if we were following 1982's bull market. what he didn't mention the 1982 bull market started taking off was in '85, '86, oil prices collapsed. think about today, everybody is worried about oil prices, he say the middle east turns out to be better than people think, oil prices come down, that could be the next leg in the bull market that would be like the '80s. >> if oil collapse. correct. >> any expectation it is going to collapse given hostilities between iran and israel, worries about the demand story? >> that is one of our concerns, this continues, obviously, starting to have an effect on the economy, as you pointed out before and starting to have a small effect on the stock market even. all i'm saying is if that were to happen, i think that would be
