richard jordan at the live desk with breaking news. >> we're watching developments out of philadelphia where the building collapsed yesterday. this morning there's questions into the work conditions at the building before it came crumbling down. we also have new video. you have to stop and see this. a 61-year-old woman was pulled from all that rubble late last night into early this morning. she is the 14th survivor and she's believed to have been in that collapsed building for several hours before she was reached. of course 14 survivors now. many of them have gone to the hospital. one person at least is in critical condition. six people were killed here when this building collapsed adjacent to a thrift store where most of the victims were. we're hearing from the wife of one of the men killed. her husband is an employee at that thrift store and described what he was doing just a few minutes before the building came crumbling down on top of him. >> my daughter called me and said, mommy, put the tv on. i put the tv on. it was bad. it was at 22nd and market. 22nd and market. i call. i took
