want to turn now quickly back to richard lui, who is there in ferguson for us. et the scene for us. we were talking about this march going to be taking place, and there they are. >> reporter: t.j., this is what we're seeing right now. it is silent. this march that came by just moments ago, it's about three blocks long. you didn't hear a word. it reminded me as they are here doing the naacp march, wearing sunglasses, and they are asking for certain changes in the police department. you can get a sense of that picture right there, of how long this march is. but you couldn't hear a peep. put that in contrast to what we've been hearing and seeing over the last two weeks. this is what the leaders in the community wanted. they want a quiet protest to get out in the streets and tell them they care about what happened to michael brown. it reminds some, i think, of the martin luther king memorial marches that we have seen over the last year or two, where it's quiet. everybody in the street remembering what it meant to walk for peace. and i think that's what we saw here to
